Shipping & Returns

Defects or Damaged Items:

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. 

  • All defects and issues must be notified via email or text within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.

  • Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.

  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.

Returns:

  • All Bralettes, Bras, Leggings, Accessories, Beanies, Swimwear, and Final Sale items (anything ending in .99) are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 15% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit for the original purchase price.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged. 
  • All returns must be received within 20-days of the original purchase date.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original condition and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. 
  • All Black Friday or Cyber Monday orders discounted 15% or greater are  Final Sale and are not eligible for Return or Exchange. No Exceptions.

Something Wrong?

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at triplerdecor@aol.com so we may address the issue. 
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. 
  • We inspect every single item in order to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.
